Artist Allen Smutylo (smuh-TILL-oh) has spent several months gathering material for a new exhibit and book in one of the most remote places on earth the Indian Himalayas. There he lived with a nomadic tribe called the Kharnakpa (kar-nak-PAH). The book is Wild Places Wild Hearts.
